June 13, 2023 - Pursuant to Governor Kay Ivey's Executive Order No. 735, the Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology will hold a Stakeholder Meeting on Friday, July 14, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., at the Board's Offices located on the 8th Floor of the RSA Union Building at 100 N Union Street, Suite 880, in Montgomery, AL 36104.

E.O. 735 Reducing "Red Tape" on Citizens and Businesses Through a Moratorium on New Administrative Rules and by Establishing Goals for the Reduction of Existing Regulatory Burdens aims to reduce by twenty-five percent the number of discretionary regulatory restrictions in the whole Alabama Administrative Code. The Board is currently working on Phase I of the Order, and interested stakeholders are invited to provide input for this Stakeholder Meeting.

Interested parties may be present at the meeting or may submit correspondence about this matter to the attention of Lori Rall, Red Tape Reduction Coordinator, at: psychology.board@psychology.alabama.gov. Participation is encouraged and appreciated.

Those attending are requested to notify Ms. Rall in writing by EOB, Friday, July 7, 2023 and should arrive 15 minutes before the meeting.
