Renewal for Licensure Year 2026 is NOW OPEN!

Licenses expire annually on October 15.  As a courtesy, Renewal Notices are sent to licensees on August 15.

• Licenses not renewed on or before October 15 will LAPSE.  Practice is not permitted with a Lapsed license; Late Fees apply. 
• To renew a lapsed license, mail Renewal forms & Fees to the Board Office. CE Requirements must be met.
• The Continuing Education Year runs concurrently with the Licensure Year.
  • CE activities completed in current "CEU Year" should be submitted toward renewal for the next year.
  • Specifically: CEU Year 2025 is the correct response for CE activities completed for 2026 Licensure Year renewal.
• Lapsed licenses expire after 2 years and may be renewed before the 2 years elapse.  Contact the Board to Reinstate a LAPSED License.
• After expiration, a new application must be submitted to the Board.  

Submit all CE details through the CE Portal.  Retain CE certificates for audit (do not send to the Board unless requested).
