PSYPACT® Proposed Rules for Public Comment:
The PSYPACT® Commission has proposed changes to Rule 4 and Rule 5 with the addition of 4.13 and 5.13. The additions serve to clarify who “authorization” applies to as an authorization holder under PSYPACT®. The proposed changes are available for review below.

Public Comments regarding the proposed rule changes can be directed to info@psypact.org, until October 3, 2023 when the public comment period ends. The PSYPACT® Commission does ask that all comments and/or feedback be related to the addition of 4.13 and 5.13.
