The Board proposes to amend Administrative Code Rule 750-X-5-.03 Disciplinary Actions Against Licensed Psychologists and Licensed Psychological Technicians to remove outdated language.

Interested Persons may present their views in writing to Lori H. Rall, Executive Director of the Board, at any time during the 35-day period following January 31, 2017, or if requested in advance (no later than March 7, 2017), by personally appearing at the Board’s Offices located at 100 N. Union Street, Suite 880, Montgomery, Alabama, on March 10, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
