The Alabama Board of Examiners in Psychology intends to amend its Administrative Code Rule750-X-3-.01(3) related to Written Examinations conducted by the Board. The amendment is necessary to remove out-dated language from the Rule. Interested Persons may present views in writing during the 35-day period following July 29, 2016, or if requested in advance (no later than September 2, 2016), by personally appearing at the appointed time, place and manner.
